The Health Care Problem ? 3rd in Our Series
DP dialogues with Professor Mark Pauley, Health Care Expert at the Wharton School of Business. Prof. Pauley points out that 85% of Americans are already insured. Of the 15% not insured, half, 7.5%, mostly young people, have decided that they don't want insurance. The 7.5% who want insurance and can't afford it get 75% of the coverage the insured receive. So, how big a "crisis" are we really facing?
