Hour 1:
A New Nominee to the Supreme Court
John G. Roberts is President Bush’s choice. Dennis focuses on the Democrats and Leftist advocacy group’s main concern – the ability for the nominee to dispense fairness. Justice, to these people, is secondary. Fairness is primary. But justice and fairness are not always compatible.

Hour 2:
Why All the Drama?
Twenty years ago, very little attention was paid to Supreme Court nominations. The President nominated and the Senate ratified. But that’s all changed now – for one reason. The only way the Democrats can win is through the courts. They lose the courts and they lose everything.

Hour 3:
Judge John Roberts
Who is he? Dennis talks to his colleague, Hugh Hewitt, who knew Roberts when they worked together at the White House in the mid-80’s. Roberts’ professional record is a distinguished and his personal life appears to be above reproach, so how will the Left attack him?
