Hour 1:
Scooter and Joe
President Bush has nominated Samuel Alito, Federal Appeals Court Judge, to replace Sandra Day O'Connor on the Supreme Court. Conservatives are happy. Liberals are not. Also, Dennis talks to Stephen Hayes of The Weekly Standard about the indictment of Scooter Libby and the Iraq/Niger uranium connection.

Hour 2:
Alito and Abortion
Dennis talks to Ted Frank, Constitutional Law Expert with the American Enterprise Institute, about one of the Samuel Alito's most controversial opinions, Planned Parenthood vs. Casey. Does a woman have an obligation to notify her husband if she's going to have an abortion?

Hour 3:
The Role of Judges
Liberals wants judges to change history and to protect "the little guy." But that's not the role of judges. Their role is to mete out of justice impartially. And the role of a Supreme Court judge is to determine whether an action comports with the Constitution or not. It is not to create new rights.
