Hour 1:
Stanley "Tookie" Williams Was Guilty
The morning after this multiple murderer's execution, Dennis talks to Robert Martin, the DA who prosecuted Williams. There has been much sound and fury about the evidence against Williams being shaky, but it's been disgorged by people who don't know the facts like Martin does.

Hour 2:
Dennis on Larry King
Our intrepid host took on the anti-capital punishment crowd last night on CNN's Larry King Live. Mark Geragos, defense attorney, Mike Farrell, actor and Sister Helen Prejean were three of the people Dennis faced and buried.

Hour 3:
Speech Codes on Campus
Dennis talks to Donald Downs, Professor of Political Science at University of Wisconsin and author of Restoring Free Speech and Liberty on Campus about why colleges have more speech restrictions than any institution in the country... Also, Dennis wonders why people who are against capital punishment, like Mike Farrell, express such hatred against those who are for it.
