Be a Better Driver.
I will not drive slowly in left lane.
I will use turn signals before I turn.
I will not honk if I am the one who made the driving mistake.
If I do something wrong on the road, I will acknowledge it to the offended driver.
If I have a cell phone, I will use it only in the hand's free mode.
I will not go slower than left lane traffic if I enter the diamond (carpool) lane.

Reflections on New Year's Eve
DP wishes, in retrospect, that he'd gone to Time's Square. Didn't because he was afraid he'd be pick-pocketed. Also, afraid he'd be perceived as a loser. Why wasn't he on a date? Why was he going to spend his time freezing while watching a ball drop?
Resolutions are good.
You can restart your life any day, but there's something fresh about starting on Jan 1.
