New Year's Resolutions:
Be a Better Driver.
I will not drive slowly in left lane.
I will use turn signals before I turn.
I will not honk if I am the one who made the driving mistake.
If I do something wrong on the road, I will acknowledge it to the offended driver.
If I have a cell phone, I will use it only in the hand's free mode.
I will not go slower than left lane traffic if I enter the diamond (carpool) lane.
Rabbi Daniel Lapin, author, interviewed.

Reflections on New Year's Eve
DP wishes, in retrospect, that he'd gone to Time's Square. Didn't because he was afraid he'd be pick-pocketed. Also, afraid he'd be perceived as a loser. Why wasn't he on a date? Why was he going to spend his time freezing while watching a ball drop?
Resolutions are good.
You can restart your life any day, but there's something fresh about starting on Jan 1.
