SF Judge: Same Sex Marriage Okay
A judge in San Francisco declares that the there is "no rational" reason to prohibit same-sex marriage. Once again, the will of the people is thwarted by the courts. 61% of Californians have voted to ban same-sex marriage, but that means nothing to the judge. The voters are all bigots. The answer: an amendment to the US constitution.
