A Soft Spot for Murderers
Two cases, one in Virginia and the other in Maryland, strongly suggest that Liberalism has a soft spot for murderers. In one case, a man who murdered his wife was released after nine years in prison. His defense attorney and psychiatrist convinced a criminally na´ve judge that he wasn't a threat to anyone. This murderer promptly murdered again. In the second case, a multiple murderer has had his execution stayed because he has low IQ. His IQ was much higher when he murdered three people seven years ago. He's become stupid... or very smart in prison.
