    Hour 1:
    Defining Rape Down
Guest: Dan Rutherford, Illinois State Senator. Mr. Rutherford is the sponsor of a new bill, just passed unanimously by the Illinois legislature, that redefines sexual assault. Now in Illinois if a woman (or a man) says "no" at any time during "sexual contact" and the man (or woman) doesn't stop the contact, the aggressor is, for all intents and purposes, a rapist.

    Hour 2:
Courage of Your Convictions on Iraq? Not Most Democrats
Those who say they were misled by the President on why went to war in Iraq should have courage of their convictions to say that they now think the war was wrong. But they don't. The truth is most Democrats, and nearly all the presidential contenders, don't really believe the President's purported lies are significant. If they did, they'd have to now say we should have never invaded Iraq and we shouldn't be there now.

    Hour 3:
Male Sexuality: Honesty Is at a Premium
Dennis reads some of the disagreeing emails that he has received in response to his syndicated column supporting Vanessa Bryant decision to stay with her husband. He uses these emails to launch a discussion on male sexuality. Listeners react with both spirited disagreements and touching personal stories.
