Guest: Robert Bork (Editor) Distinguished fellow at the Hudson Institute and the Tad and Dianne Taube Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution. A Country I Do Not Recognize: The Legal Assault On American Values... The Judiciary Committee vote is in. Five Democrats vote against Roberts.
Dennis talks to Tim Schott of the National Hurricane Center about Hurricane Rita, another Category 5 Hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico. Dennis also talks to Debra Burlingame, sister of the pilot of American Airlines Flight 77, the plane that crashed into the Pentagon on 9/11.
